Job Function:

We are seeking independent and motivated sales representative(s) for a full-time, or a part-time position (the hours and effort are up to you) with uncapped earning potential, that want to be part of the growing fiel of corporate and organizational training and development industry. Experience in sales or education is required (although not required), along with creativity, ambition and a motivation to help us grow our business in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.

This is an independent sales representative position, and not a salaried or benefits related position. It is solely based on commission with unlimited earnings potential, and NO minimum or quotas to meet. All of our team members will join us as a an Independent Sales Representative I (ISR-I), and can progress through the organization with increased commission and earnings potential based on their results, skills, and abilities to meet the customer and account management requirements as shown in the example below:

Manage and facilitate seminar activity, coordinating
schedules, confirm the participants, that the facility has
the necessary resources (projector, sound, food, etc)
Follow up with the customer if any payment issues arise
after the completion of the course

  • Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies for achieving industry leading sales and revenue growth in your assigned territory.
  • Identify and develop key targets crucial to sales and growth.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple in-person presentations to stakeholders in the target organizations.
  • Manage key targets throughout the entire adoption process—from building awareness and relationships, scheduling product demonstrations, planning presentations, to owning adoption negotiations, closing the sale, and providing adopter training/technical assistance
  • Serve as the key resource for introductory presentations, trainings and general support within the territory.


  • Develop in-depth product knowledge of Inloso training, consulting and educational market
    and products
  • Competing products, platforms and strategies
  • New and emerging organizational training needs
  • Specific disciplines identified as crucial to regional success and growth


  • Work in collaboration with other Sales Representatives to assist in developing and closing key opportunities in shared territories that require face-to-face selling.
  • Conversely, identify and follow up with leads and new opportunities within accounts in shared territories.
  • Provide ongoing research and feedback on organizational technology, trends, and other relevant events in the field to the marketing and product groups
  • Help establish long-term relationships with organizational training departments, human resources, sales development, management and executive teams, and other relevant stakeholders, including identifying and developing potential advocates within the target customer base.


  • Motivated, organized, enthusiastic self-starter with a desire to succeed in the highly profitable field of corporate development sales.
  • At least a minimum of two (2) years successful higher education, or corporate training sales experience.
  • At least a minimum of a 4 year degree from an accredited 4-year university of college.
  • Ability to work well both independently and with others.
  • Excellent presentation skills (a technology-based presentation will be required during selection process).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Available to travel as needed within his/her territory, and flexibly, based on prioritization of territory needs.
  • Working knowledge of or similar sales forecasting and tracking tools a plus.
  • Must live in the territory
