The Introduction to Cross-Cultural Business Management Seminar is an introductory course designed to provide the participants with an overview and understanding of the impact of culture on business. It will help you identify the general cultural traits that you can expect in the U.S. and Latin America multinational and multicultural business environment.

Participant Profile:

Individual contributors, Managers, and even Executives that currently are exposed or plan to be exposed to interactions with public or private organizations and business in the U.S. and Latin America.

Transforming Cross-Cultural Challenges into Business Opportunities Seminar

The Transforming Cross-Cultural Challenges into Business Opportunities Seminar is a one-day seminar designed to provide the participants with specific knowledge about the international cultural environment. It is intended to help current or future multinational managers and executives learn about the Cultural Dimensions theory, and it’s aplication to the multinational business environment.

Participant Profile:

The Cross-Cultural Fundamentals Seminar is designed for managers and executives who lead teams of at least five people dispersed across two or more countries; or for those who interact with customers, partners, or providers from two or more countries.

Cross-Cultural Executive Seminar

The Cross-Cultural Executive Seminar is an extensive three and a half days seminar designed to provide the participants with an in depth exposure to the impact of culture in a multinational business environment. Participants will be exposed to the intricacies of the Cultural Dimensions theory, and it’s applicability in today’s globalized economy. Participants are expected to work together as they learn to manage geographically and culturally diverse teams, and to develop the strategies to improve team performance and satisfaction levels.
